How long have you been a HAM?

I got my Tech in 2021 April and my General in August of the same year.

What radios do you use at your home QTH?

I have an FTM-400 Yaesu that runs a node on 145.5625 wiresX. I have an ICOM- IC-9700 for Satelittes and local 2 m and 70 cm Repeaters. I have an ICOM IC-7300 I also have many HTs both Yaesu, Baofangs, and more.

What Antennas do you use?

I have a Diamond 2 m Yagi and a Home-brew 70 CM 22 Element Yagi for 70 CM. These two are used mostly for satellite contacts. For HF I have a Plomar 80 M OCF that works great with the 7300 all bands from 80-6 less than a 2.0 SWR.

Do you do portable satellite work?

Sometimes, I have an Elk Log Periodic I use with an HT. I also have an Arrow 2 dual-band antenna for that.

Tracking Satellites how?

I have used the S.A.T. Box from CSN Technologies. It is the best thing since sliced bread if you want to work the birds.
